Phillip is a lawyer, arbitrator, and trainer. He has been associated with AWF since 2015, and took up a position as a Director and Chair of AWF in November 2017. Phillip has been involved in a number of not-for-profit organisations connected with the construction industry. He was a founding director and is a past Chair of the Society of Construction Law Australia, and is a Board Member of the Australian Construction Industry Forum.
