Paul O’Connor is an experienced and senior public-sector expert who has worked in the Federal, Northern Territory, and Victorian jurisdictions over more than 20 years. Paul’s roles have involved high level policy and strategy development as well as substantive reviews of public infrastructure, transport, and transformational ICT projects. Paul has also worked as a sessional lecturer for Masters-level project management subjects at RMIT University and La Trobe University.
