Benji's background spans architecture, marketing, and communications, with extensive experience in brand transformation and digital strategy.
He is the Head of Marketing at Conquest, a private equity real estate firm with holdings in both Sydney, Australia and London, UK. Previously, he was CEO of McGregor Coxall, an international master planning and landscape architecture practice. Earlier in his career, Benji held senior marketing and communications roles at Woods Bagot and McGregor Coxall, following several years as a project leader on major residential towers and Sydney’s Crows Nest Metro station project.
Benji’s work focuses on addressing urban and social challenges through practical, evidence-based design that supports sustainable and resilient communities.
