Benji brings a strong background in architecture, marketing and communications and has a proven track record in brand transformation and digital strategy.

Benji is the Managing Partner of BY SOMA, a Sydney based Architecture and Interior Design studio. Formerly, Benji was the CEO at McGregor Coxall, a master planning & landscape architecture practice designing projects globally. Before his global leadership roles in marketing and communications at both Woods Bagot and McGregor Coxall, he was a project leader of multiple large residential tower developments and the Sydney Metro project, Crows Nest Metro.

Benji is committed to addressing urban social challenges with practical, evidence-based solutions that support sustainable and resilient built environments.
